AffiliateFinders is operated by Experience Advertising. This app helps merchants find affiliate publishers and YouTube creators.
Information the app uses
We store your Shopify shop identifier, installation credentials, app subscription and purchase records, free-profile usage, and the contacts you unlock. We also store your saved searches, shortlists, pipeline stages, private notes, and outreach drafts. Search and contact access are provided by AffiliateFinders. This app does not request access to your Shopify customer, order, or product records.
How it is used
This information lets us authenticate your store, provide search and saved contacts, enforce access limits, fulfill purchased credits, and support your account. Shopify handles approval and billing for app purchases. Cloudflare hosts the Shopify application and its merchant workspace database. The AffiliateFinders backend, hosted on Replit, supplies the partner catalog and contact services. Outreach drafts stay in your workspace until you choose to use them; the app does not send messages on your behalf.
Deletion and access requests
Uninstalling removes the app's access to your store. Shopify's subsequent shop-deletion request queues deletion of the app's tenant records, saved workspace content, and associated contact access. Failed deletion jobs are retried. Completed job metadata is removed after seven days. Short-lived request-limit records expire after one hour. Shared publisher and creator catalog records are separate from merchant account records.
To request access, correction, or deletion, email support@affiliatefinders.com and include your shop domain. We verify ownership before sharing account information.
